1. Five Generations
The Ramsays and the Bishops are the only families to have given us full names of five generations:
THE RAMSAYS
“Black” Jack Ramsay; Dan Ramsay; Madge Bishop; Charlene Robinson; Daniel Robinson
THE BISHOPS
Frank Bishop; Harold Bishop; Kerry Bishop; Sky Mangel; Kerry Mangel
However, the Robinsons have frequently made mention of Paul’s infamous, yet first nameless, “Great-grandfather” Robinson. As such, they are the only family we can trace the same surname for five generations in a row:

2. Five+ Years Marriage
Karl & Susan Kennedy are the only couple to have managed five plus years of consecutive onscreen marriage. The Kennedys lasted nearly ten years, from Susan’s debut on 3rd October 1994 until their divorce on 14th September 2004. They later remarried on 29th March 2007. Harold & Madge Bishop have also lasted over five years, but were interrupted in the “onscreen” stakes by Harold’s five year disappearance. Cumulatively they were onscreen together as a married couple for just over 7 years and 9 months.
3. Five Year Tenure
Boyd Hoyland has the closest onscreen tenure to exactly five years. Making his debut on Australian screens on 23rd July 2002, Boyd lasted 5 years and 11 days until he departed to go travelling in episode 5270 on 3rd August 2007.
4. Five Different Actors
Jamie Clarke is the only character to have been played by five different actors. S J Dey played him from his birth in episode 544 till 979, but from episode 877 to 894 Ryder Susman stepped into the role. In episode 981, twins Nicholas and James Mason took over playing Jamie until the character departed to Perth with his father in episode 1156. In 2003, 15 year old Jamie made a brief return to Erinsborough played by Angus McLaren, appearing in episodes 4389 to 4393.
5. Five+ Children
A select few regular characters are known to have had five or more children:

Adam, [unnamed second child], Gaby, Brad and Cody
The Willis’ second child died young due to cot death
CHERYL STARK

JANELLE & KIM TIMMINS
Dwayne, Brandon, Dylan, Scott [Stingray], Janae and Anne
Kim and Janelle raised Bree instead of Anne as they were swapped at birth
Additionally; Jim Robinson fathered four biological children but also raised a fifth, Julie, as his own. Susan & Karl Kennedy have three children between them, (and Karl had a fourth with Izzy Hoyland) but they’ve also become stepparents to the three Kinski children. Guest characters Graham and Prue Brown are also the parents of five, including regular characters Frazer Yeats and Ringo Brown.
