Written by James Walker, Directed by Tony Osicka, Produced by Jason Herbison

Channel Eleven: 10/06/15, Channel 5: 24/06/15

Nate tells Coluzzi that he’ll pay the $6,000 that Tyler and Paige owe if he leaves them alone... Paige tells Tyler that their fake relationship has to end... Paige goes to kiss Mark, telling him she wants him, not Tyler – but Mark can’t do it to Tyler... Amy agrees to come back to Erinsborough with Daniel... Terese sends Robin and Lauren on a logo research trip into the city... Brad asks Terese whether she’s only employing Robin because he’s interested in Lauren... He adds he’s always been here for her, and if it’s not enough he doesn’t know what else he can do...

Brad heads out to the patio and asks Terese why she's having breakfast without him. Things are tense between the pair and they begin to argue - Brad asks Terese if they are going to talk about last night. However, she says that there is no point, as they've both said their piece. Brad tries to reason with Terese but she walks off, just as Paige arrives from around the side of the house – she’s overheard their argument, and invites Brad round to her house later to cheer him up. Brad tells Paige that it’s not a good idea, but she says that Lauren won’t be there as she’s in the city with Robin. Brad agrees to think about it, and Paige tells him that she'll see him later. Brad then stops her and asks: “Paige – should I be reading anything into you not calling me Dad?” “Well, I, erm – I didn’t mean to...” Brad stops her, insisting that it’s fine and there’s no pressure. She tells him that she didn’t know whether that's what he wanted her to call him. Brad again reassures Paige by telling her that it’s up to her. Terese comes back in, acknowledging Paige. She tells Brad that she’s going into work for a while. He reminds her that she was supposed to have the day off, but she simply says that there's been a change of plan.

..

Daniel enters Harold's Store and sits down with Paul. He explains that he went to Mount Merrion yesterday to see Amy to convince her to come back to Erinsborough. Paul says to Daniel, “Well now you can call her and tell her not to bother.” “Well, I can’t – because she’s here and she is ready to talk to her father,” comes Daniel’s reply. Paul still isn’t convinced that it’s a good idea, but Daniel insists he shouldn’t tell Amy to go back home, as she still has things to say to him and wouldn’t have come back if she didn’t want it.

At number 24, Tyler is still in pain from where he was bashed, and Nate notices him struggling. Tyler asks if Nate could teach him some defence moves when he’s recovered. Nate jokes, “Well my training is highly classified – but I suppose I could make an exception for a hopeless cause.” Mark enters, having been on a run, and wonders where Paige is as she was supposed to be coming for breakfast. Tyler explains that Paige broke up with him. Mark says he's sorry to hear that and asks Tyler if he is ok. Tyler says that he doesn’t want to talk about it, and he and Nate leave.

..

At The Waterhole, Naomi is telling Sheila, Sonya and Nell about how she’s in Paul’s bad books. Amy comes in during the conversation, and Naomi introduces Amy to Sheila as Paul’s daughter. Amy quickly jokes to Sheila, “Don’t hold that against me!” “Oh, I like you already!” says Sheila. Naomi tells Amy that Paul will be thrilled to see her, as it means a lot to him. Amy doesn’t quite believe this, commenting that if it meant so much to Paul, why didn’t he come and get her himself. Sheila agrees with Amy, who then gets a text from Daniel, to head over and meet Paul. Naomi leaves with her.

In the Turners' back garden, Paige is surprised to find Lauren sitting there when she’s supposed to be in the city with Robin. Lauren explains it’s been changed to tomorrow and asks if there is a problem. Paige tells Lauren that she invited ‘dad’ over. Lauren says to Paige “Dad? I am so pleased you’re starting to call him that!” Lauren promises to make herself scarce, and Paige asks why she and Brad don’t seem to want to be around one another at the moment. Lauren explains that Brad has been protective of her since Matt died, and that he thought Robin was taking advantage of her. Paige asks if he was right - Lauren says, “I dunno. But even if he did have that in mind, I am certainly not interested. It’s gonna take me a long time to get over Matt. There’s no way I’m ready for another relationship.” Paige reassures Lauren that she will fall in love again one day. Lauren explains to Paige that she’s only been in love, really been in love, twice in her life and she can’t imagine being that lucky a third time. Paige looks intrigued.

In the Lassisters complex, Daniel brings Amy to meet Paul, and they awkwardly greet one another. Amy tells Paul that she didn’t expect a ‘ticker-tape reception’ but she thought he’d be a bit happier to see her. Paul informs Amy that all this was kind of sprung on him. Amy and Paul quickly realise that they've been set up, but Daniel tells them they may as well talk as they’re here. Paul replies to Daniel that Amy doesn’t want to get to know him. Naomi then turns up behind them, with a little boy in tow, and says to Paul “Well, maybe not – but somebody else does...” Paul tells Naomi that he should have known she’d be involved in this ambush. Paul sees the little boy, who says to Amy, “Is this him, Mum?” Amy says that it is. “Mum? Is he your son?” asks a shocked Paul. Amy tells the little boy to say 'hi' to his grandfather.

A while later, Daniel is sitting talking to Amy’s son – while a distance away, Amy and Paul talk. Paul tells Amy that Jimmy is his first grandson and asks if she named him after his dad. Amy admits that it wasn’t an ode to Jim or anything, she just always liked the name. Paul tells Amy that he can only imagine that it must have been very difficult for her to bring him up on her own. Amy explains that she wasn’t always a single mum, she had a husband but he was unfaithful and useless, and left her in debt - but Jimmy adored him. Paul wishes that he hadn’t missed out on all those years, and he tells Amy that Jimmy must think that he’s the worst grandfather in the world. Amy reassures Paul that he doesn’t and admits that Jimmy couldn’t wait to meet him. Paul tells Amy that he’s grateful she’s managed to keep the past in the past and thanks her. Amy tells Paul that it wouldn’t be fair to cut Jimmy off from his family, regardless of her feelings, it wouldn’t be right. Again Paul thanks her, and she admits to Paul that Jimmy means more to her than anything. He’s her world and she warns Paul that if he hurts him, she will leave and he will never see them again. Paul looks over to Jimmy fondly.

..

Paige is swimming in the pool when Brad turns up at number 32. Lauren is still there, and explains about the change in her plans with Robin. It’s a bit awkward, but Lauren goes to fetch Brad a drink, while Paige tells Brad that Lauren’s OK with him being there. However, Brad informs Paige that Terese won’t be and explains the argument Paige overheard earlier was about Lauren. Paige suggests that Brad just doesn’t tell Terese, but he feels uncomfortable lying to her. Paige tells Brad that if Terese asks, just to tell her that he came out to hang with his daughter, then it’s only half a lie. Paige tells Brad to stop feeling guilty, as he hasn’t done anything wrong, and he agrees to stay for a while.

..

Tyler, who is hanging out with Nate at number 28, is rummaging in the Kennedys' fridge, while Karl gives him the evil eye! Karl then rushes off to work, leaving them to it. Nate asks Tyler why he jumped down Mark’s throat earlier during their discussion about Paige. Tyler at first doesn’t say anything. When Nate presses him, Tyler admits that he liked Paige. Nate comes to the conclusion that the fake relationship between Tyler and Paige wasn’t ‘fake’ to Tyler. Tyler admits that it wasn’t to him and adds that Paige is ‘amazing’. Nate says that it’s tough but it wasn’t his brother’s fault that they ‘broke up’ and he shouldn’t take it out on him. Tyler experiences more pain from his beating. Nate tells Tyler that he should do something about it, and then sends him to clear up the table so they can eat. As he does so, Tyler spots Karl’s prescription pad on the table, and quickly puts it in his pocket.

Back at number 32, having abandoned her initial plan to make herself scarce, Lauren fires the starting water pistol in a pool race between Paige and Brad. They’re all having a lot of fun; and when Brad goes inside to get a drink, Paige asks Lauren whether the first of the two times she’s been in love was with Brad. Lauren says to Paige, “Yeah. But things change. People move on. I’ve got no regrets...”

..

At number 24, Tyler is popping some of the pills he’s managed to get, when Mark enters. Tyler quickly hides the bottle, and Mark doesn’t notice – instead asking if they can talk about Paige. Mark says that there was a bit of a weird moment between him and Paige the other day. Tyler wants to know what he means, and Mark admits that they nearly kissed, but they didn’t. Mark promises that he never intended to cause trouble between him and Paige. Mark say, “You’re my brother, OK? I don’t want to get in your way – I want to be there for you.” “Well, that’s a nice story. But you stopped being there for me when you moved out of home. I don’t need your help and I don’t want it. So do me a favour – stay out of my life!” is Tyler’s angry reply. Tyler stomps off to his room, leaving Mark looking worried.

At the Lassiter’s Complex, Paul is telling Jimmy about the well, and how Daniel found the pearl ring at the bottom of it. Jimmy wonders if there’s more treasure down there, and Paul rather irresponsibly comments that he’s sure Jimmy will be the first to find out if there is. Amy’s quick to say that Paul is just kidding, and Daniel tells Jimmy that there’s just mud and rocks down there. Paul asks Jimmy what he likes studying at school, and when Jimmy says that he likes science, Paul offers to take him to the science museum. However Amy tells Paul and Jimmy that they’ve got things to do, but Paul promises to take Jimmy another day. Amy tells her son that it’s time to go, but Jimmy wants to hear more about the well. Amy insists they have to leave, and she doesn’t tell Paul where they’re staying when asked – just telling him that they have it covered. Paul shakes Jimmy’s hand and tells him it’s been a pleasure meeting him, waving at him as he walks away with Amy.

..

At The Waterhole, Amy is telling Naomi about how well Paul and Jimmy were getting on – while at the bar, Sheila gives Jimmy a glass of lemonade. Jimmy tells Sheila that his mum doesn’t like him having lemonade. “Oh, well I won’t tell her if you don’t, Mr Williams,” Sheila says. Back at the table, Amy admits that Paul’s trying really hard – but comments that he needs to realise that young boys have overactive imaginations, and to be careful of what he says sometimes. She adds that he did offer to take Jimmy out, and that he’d probably take him to Disneyland if he asked. Amy and Jimmy leave to drop in on Sonya, and Sheila joins Naomi and says, “I have just had my ear bashed by a nine-year-old about how fabulous his grandfather is. Paul better not let that kid down!”

On Ramsay Street, Brad and Paige are walking up the driveway, and she remarks that it’s good to see a smile on Brad’s face. Brad says that she makes it sound like he's a sourpuss. “Not a sourpuss, as much as a ‘you need to relax and have a good time more often’ puss,” is Paige’s reply. Brad jokes that he’d like to hear her say that five times, really fast!. Terese sees them together, and notices Brad has a towel and his hair is wet. She asks if Brad has been for a swim - Brad confirms that he did, and Paige chips in that she invited Brad over. Terese asks if Lauren was there. Paige says to Terese “Yeah, her appointment with Robin…” but Terese cuts Paige off and says “Yeah, was cancelled. I know, he rang me. Well I’m glad you had a nice morning together.” Terese goes inside. Paige says to Brad, “Well, the temperature just dropped several degrees.” Brad feels bad about the whole thing, but Paige says that he should be able to visit her without Terese having a ‘hissy-fit’. Brad tells Paige that he should go inside and sort this out with Terese. Paige tells Brad to come back to number 32, and calls him 'dad'. Brad turns down Paige’s offer claiming that he’s already in enough trouble. Paige looks disappointed as Brad leaves.

..

Karl enters the Waterhole, and asks Nate if he’s seen his prescription pad around the house – it’s gone missing. Nate agrees with Karl that it was on the dining room table, but can’t remember when. Karl goes to check the car and office, as Nate looks like he's realised who took it.

At number 24, Nate confronts Tyler about the prescription pad, saying that he wants to believe it wasn’t him and asks Tyler if he took it. Tyler says, “I’m in pain, man. I needed the meds. Look, I was gonna return the pad to Karl – I wasn’t gonna keep it.” Tyler gives Nate the prescription pad, but Nate isn’t happy, commenting that stealing from friends is as low as it gets. Tyler asks Nate if he is going to tell Karl. Nate admits that he’s thinking about it - Tyler agrees that he stuffed up, insisting that it won’t happen again. Nate tells Tyler that he will tell Karl that he found the pad underneath the table and won’t drop him in it. Tyler thanks him but Nate warns Tyler, if Karl notices the missing pages or asks him about it, he will tell the truth. Tyler agrees and Nate tells him to sort himself out.

..

In the garden of number 32, Paige is on the phone to Ethan. Complaining about her ‘crappy week’, Paige comments that she’s in need of cheering up. While listening to Ethan, Paige looks at a photo she has of herself with Brad, Lauren and Terese. Paige says to Ethan, “Things were going great. I was really bonding with Mum and Dad, and then it all imploded. All thanks to Terese... You know I literally can’t tell anyone this, but I really believe Mum and Dad would be happier if they were a couple again… Yeah, I am serious…” She folds over one side of the photo, so Terese can't be seen and it's just Paige and her parents.

..

At number 30, Sonya and Amy are having a chat. Sonya says that it can’t have been easy for her to come back to Erinsborough, but Amy tells Sonya that she just wants Jimmy to have a stable upbringing around people who love him. Amy hopes that Paul is sincere about being part of their lives, but thinks they should keep some separation from him, and she's decided to stay at the caravan park. Sonya won’t hear of it and asks them to stay with her. Amy declines, but Sonya won’t take no for an answer, adding that Toadie won’t either. Amy thanks Sonya, and goes outside to bring Jimmy in from the back garden for a snack. She then quickly rushes back inside and says to Sonya, “He isn’t out there... he’s gone.”
