Episode Title: All About My Brother

Lassiter's Hotel - Room 633: Ned & Janae return to the room to find Mickey awake with questions with when his mother is coming to get him. Janae tells him she has no idea when Kirsten is coming back but Ned sidesteps the issue by giving Mickey a present of a pair of boxing gloves he bought for him but lies that Kirsten bought them. Mickey is excited and wants a lesson from Ned tomorrow. Janae is unhappy about Ned lying to Mickey again about the boxing gloves.

No 30 - Lounge: Adam arrives back to collect his jacket and Pepper confesses she had a fear that her father was right and that his bandaged hand was because he had a violent streak in him. Adam admits he suffered and injury after using an angle grinder at work. Adam reveals Allan spoke to him about how hard things had been for her recently but Pepper is delighted to learn Adam stood up to her father about it. Pepper asks him to stay.

The General Store: Allan isn’t happy to learn from Rosie & Frazer that Pepper is with Adam at No.30 and asks them to visit to be sure all is well. After he’s gone Rosie is not keen on taking up the idea but Frazer wants her to check things out before they go to the movies.

No 30 - Lounge: Adam comforts Pepper over her ordeal with Mary Casey and promises to stick around to support her. As they kiss, Pepper notices Rosie watching them and they break off from kissing. Pepper goes over to her friend asking why she is there and Rosie cannot deny she was checking out things were okay – Pepper assures her things are great and Rosie, embarrassed, leaves to rejoin Frazer. Pepper goes back to kissing Adam.

The General Store: Zeke is anxious for Lolly to return from her visit to her father and Bree seems to be pleased he is so happy. Seeing Susan, Bree asks after how the plan to get Karl back into medicine is going but is interrupted by Karl. Susan pretends she is talking about long division but Karl is ignorant of what is being said as he wants to show off a watch be won for exceeding his sales targets. Susan points out it is a ladies watch but Karl refuses to be put down. Lolly & Lou arrive and Zeke is thrilled but a little reserved to see Lolly. Lolly explains she had a great time with her father and her brother Braiden & sister Keisha despite them being annoying to her. Lolly tells Lou & Zeke she’s glad to be back but Bree has doubts as to how happy Lolly really is to be back.

No 26 - Lounge: Allan tells Janelle he doubts Adam’s sincerity and thinks Pepper could still be vulnerable from her incident with Mary Casey. Pepper arrives to borrow some wine glasses but gets a lecture from Allan about Adam’s honesty. Janelle has doubts too and wants her to be cautious.

Lassiter's - Room 633: Ned tucks Mickey in as he has fallen asleep when Janae returns. Ned thanks her for helping to cover the fact that Kirsten has left but Janae wants Ned to promise he’ll never lie to Mickey again or his son will grow up never knowing whom to trust. As Ned & Janae leave the room, Mickey cries at overhearing the truth.

No 30 - Lounge: Next morning, Frazer is looking for his moisturiser to avoid calluses on his hands due to the wheelchair when he is surprised to see Adam half naked. Rosie & Pepper come into the room and Adam makes an exit to finish getting dressed. Rosie questions Pepper about her night and makes it clear she had to listen to a quiz on the ABC channel while Frazer listened to Bon Jovi due to their passion. Pepper calls Adam the perfect guy.

Lassiter's - Room 633: Ned tries to get Mickey to get up but clearly he is not happy – Mickey claims he is sick but refuses to see a doctor and wants to stay in bed. Ned calls Janae for help.

No 28 - Lounge: Bree arrives with Lolly as Zeke finishes his breakfast and joke about Karl’s ladies watch. Lolly suggests they see a movie later but Janae who asks Karl if he could take a look at Mickey and check out why he says he’s ill interrupts them. Karl isn’t keen and makes the excuse of his airport pick-up for Rachel is the reason but both Susan & Bree manipulate him into agreeing to do it. Lolly jokes about how her sister was ill when she went back home and Bree suspects Lolly is homesick. After Zeke leaves them alone, Bree questions Lolly about if she really wants to return home to live with the Allen’s again.

The General Store: Adam & Pepper settle down to breakfast as Adam assures her Allan does not intimidate him at all and Pepper remarks how Allan is due to join them soon for breakfast. A call from her mother to pick up a pair of sunglasses from her car has Pepper leave the store and Adam goes to the counter to order more coffee. Lou takes the opportunity to try to bribe Adam to drag out the Scarlet bar renovations as business has been good. Allan arrives in his police uniform and suddenly Adam is making excuses for a hasty exit.

Muttatang: Rosie & Frazer pull up in the car as they approach the town of Muttatang where he grew up. Frazer explains the name is supposed to translate as ‘happy place’ but he never felt that. They continue their journey.

Lassiter's - Room 633: Karl plays along with Mickey to get him to trust him so he can check him out while Janae & Susan leave the room.

Lassiter's - Corridor: Outside, Susan questions Janae about Mickey’s parents and Janae admits only that Ned is a family friend. Susan sensing there is more to this tells her Mickey is lucky to have Ned & her to look after him.

Lassiter's - Room 633: Karl finishes his examination of Mickey and can find nothing wrong and suggests to Ned he gives plenty of care to the boy. Ned goes over to Mickey but is taken aback to learn he knows Kirsten is not coming back. Ned is speechless.

The Brown house - porch: Rosie & Frazer arrive at the Brown house and prepare to greet his mother. Rosie makes reference to the beautiful plants & gardens but Frazer jokes that is all his mother was good at nurturing. Prue Brown opens the door but is less than welcoming wanting no reason to spend her time digging the past up again. Frazer however is determined to bring everything out into the open.

The General Store: Bree admits to Lolly that it is clear that Lou is hiding behind the fact that she wants to return home to be with the Allen’s. Lolly admits she wants to go back as things have changed since Sandy Allen left. Bree tells her Lou & Zeke will understand if she tells them the truth. Pepper arrives back in the store, unable to find Adam and accuses Allan of provoking him to leave. Allan tells her Adam left after seeing him in uniform and that it is clear she should avoid seeing Adam as he has some sort of criminal background.

Lassiter's - Room 633: Ned apologises to Mickey for lying to him but promises he will see Kirsten again. Mickey questions if he’ll have to go to a home but Ned assures him he’ll stay with him. Janae is pleased to see Ned taking responsibility.

The Brown house - Garden: Prue returns with a photo album that has a picture of Frazer and his brother Paul on Christmas day 1985. Prue explains to them that at the time Johnny was 5yrs old, Frazer 3yrs and Paul aged 13mths. She put all the kids to bed to rest in the afternoon and discovered when she went to check later that only Johnny was still asleep and Frazer & Paul gone from their beds. After searching she & his father found Frazer by the side of the swimming pool and Paul lying face down in the pool. Frazer’s father got Paul out of the pool but he was already dead.

Lassiter's - Room 633: Ned assures Mickey he isn’t going to send Jake to the dog’s home before he agrees to get dressed. Ned tells Janae he is unsure how he’ll ever cope with being a parent but Janae promises him she’ll stand by him.

The Brown house - Garden: Frazer questions if Prue & his father blamed him for Paul’s death but Prue denies it. However Frazer explains he believes he is blamed as he was never hugged or loved as a child and that even now she doesn’t love him.

Trivia Notes
• Prue Brown reveals that in 1985 on Christmas day Frazer was up with brother Johnny at the crack of dawn to open presents. After lunch Frazer aged 3yrs and brothers Paul aged 13mths & Johnny aged 5yrs were put down for a nap at launch time. When Prue went to check on them she found Frazer & Paul out of bed. A search found Frazer by the side of the Brown family pool – Paul had fallen in and drowned
