Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Who came from here: Ren Gottlieb
Who moved here: Sarah Beaumont, Peter Hannay

Nanny Ren Gottlieb arrived in Erinsborough to visit brother Mark fresh from a stint working for a family in Amsterdam, who had then emigrated to Africa. In 1999, Sarah Beaumont married Peter Hannay and they moved to Amsterdam, where he had been offered an office job after a few years working as a doctor with Medicins Sans Frontieres.

Belgrade, Serbia
Who lived here: Miroslav Ristic

The home city of the Liljana Bishop's family, the Ristics, it was here where Lil's father, Miroslav, was found when his daughter was desperately ill in hospital, requiring a liver transplant.

Finland

During her wedding in 2005, unhinged Sindi Watts claimed that her parents couldn't be there as they were stuck getting a flight out of Finland, though it was never revealed whether this was the truth.

London, United Kingdom

Who moved here: Eddie Buckingham, Nick Page, Sam Kratz, Annalise Hartman, Joanna Hartman, Malcolm Kennedy, Catherine O'Brien, Sebastian Barnes

London became home for numerous characters after their time in Ramsay Street, including Annalise Hartman, who ended up there in 1996 after travelling the world, and Sam Kratz, who joined her later that same year. The couple later settled there and married. The following year, Malcolm Kennedy and Catherine O'Brien left Erinsborough to go travelling together, also ending up in London, where they were married in 2001. In 1998, Joel Samuels met Malcolm whilst competing in a triathlon in the UK, and Mal told him he could stay with the Kennedys if he was ever in Erinsborough - Joel then surprised Mal's parents by taking up the offer. Also in 1997, Annalise's sister, Joanna, left Erinsborough to join her husband, Rob, in the English capital. Cockney Eddie Buckingham was a London resident, who met Madge and Harold Bishop when they were on a world tour in 1990, and later turned up on their doorstep when they returned to Australia. Six months later, he returned to England to look after his sick father and in the same year, artist Nick Page won a scholarship in London. In 2008, it was revealed that Sebastian 'Will' Barnes had ended up in London after fleeing Erinsborough.

Rome, Italy
Who moved here: Rosetta Cammeniti, Frazer Yeats

The home of the Italian branch of the Cammeniti family, this was the destination for numerous family holidays and also where Rosie Cammeniti and her husband Frazer ended up after leaving Erinsborough. Rosie and Carmella also visited the city in late 2007 when their Aunt Maria passed away, and Carmella returned there in 2008 when the family sent her a plane ticket, hoping that she would fly out and introduce her new baby daughter, Chloe.

Stockholm, Sweden
Who moved here: Liz Conway, Elly Conway
Who lived here: Lars

When Liz Conway took a job working for the Australian Embassy in Stockholm, she dumped her daughter, Elly, on her sister, Susan Kennedy. Six months later, Liz visited from Sweden, pregnant to her new boyfriend Lars and still unsure whether she wanted Elly in her life, but mother and daughter patched up their differences and left for Europe together.
